Adlyr Has Arrived!

Adlyr was born on Wednesday- January 20th at 5:47 pm via C-Section! She was not an emergency C-Section; she was planned at 9:30 that morning! The week before, at the weekly doctor's visit, they saw that Adlyr was lying transversal breech. We waited a couple of days, returned on January 20th (with Micah), and the doctor said that we would need to deliver via a C-Section. We checked into the hospital around 10:00 am. It was quite a long day! I was not able to ingest any fluids, etc., other than the IV that was running into my arm! Mom and Ron ventured to the hospital in the early afternoon- they, along with Micah, were a saving grace! Micah brought his computer into the hospital room to try to provide some entertainment for us! At 5:47 pm, Adlyr was safely delivered to us! Happy Birthday, Adlyr!
